Cinema and entertainment updates: Venice awards and Marvel expansion

The debut film ‘Prima della Guerra’ by director Tommaso Usberti has won the Gran Premio IWONDERFULL for best film at the 41st International Critics' Week (SIC) during the 83rd Venice International Film Festival. The film, a French-Italian co-production, also received the Luciano Sovena Award for Best Producer. Additionally, actor Piero Usberti won the NUOVO IMAIE Award for young Italian talent.

In entertainment industry news, Marvel Studios is planning a significant expansion of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) in 2028.
