Cinema City hosts Harry Potter 4DX marathon in Romania

To celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Harry Potter film franchise, Cinema City is hosting a 4DX film marathon in Romania from August 28 to September 3. The event features the first two films in the series, ‘Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone’ and ‘Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets’.

The screenings will utilize 4DX technology, which includes motion seats and environmental effects to create an immersive experience. The marathon is scheduled to take place at selected Cinema City locations, including Bucharest, Constanța, Brăila, Timișoara, Cluj, Brașov, and Iași.

In addition to the screenings, Cinema City announced that a series of Harry Potter-themed products will soon be available at selected cinemas. During the intermission between the two films, ticket holders can purchase popcorn or juice refills for 10 lei.
