Free Drive‑In Cinema Event Scheduled in Sorocaba, Brazil, Aug. 15‑16

Sorocaba will host a free drive‑in cinema at Parque das Águas on 15 and 16 August. Four films will be shown on an inflatable screen: “Meu Sangue Ferve por Você” (2024), “F1 – O Filme” (2025) starring Brad Pitt, the 1988 comedy “Quero Ser Grande”, and “Superman” (2025). Tickets must be reserved online. The event is funded through the Rouanet Law of the Ministry of Culture, sponsored by Yelum Seguros, and supported by the Sorocaba City Hall’s Culture Secretariat and Mina Cultural. Audiences can watch from their cars or from an outdoor seating area, with sound broadcast via a radio frequency.
