Cinex and Cinépolis announce new film releases and promotions

Major cinema chains Cinex and Cinépolis have announced new film releases and promotional offerings.

In Venezuela, Cinex is launching the ‘Cinexcusa’ promotion, offering 2D movie tickets and a medium Pepsi for $2.99 from Monday to Friday between 12:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. The promotion applies to selected titles including Spider-Man: A New Day, Resident Evil: Zero Night, and Toy Story 5. The current lineup also features a 20th-anniversary celebration of Cars and a special ‘Cartelera 2000’ featuring classic films.

Cinépolis is introducing several new titles to its screens, including the thriller Volcán: Fuego bajo tierra directed by Ugla Hauksdóttir. Other upcoming releases include Hope: El primer impacto, the social media-inspired drama El poder de la red, and the marine biology mystery Kraken: Terror en lo profundo.
