Cinquefrondi Mayor condemns intimidation attempt against local family

The Mayor of Cinquefrondi has issued a strong condemnation following an intimidation attempt against the family of Michele Galimi. The incident involved the discovery of an incendiary bottle on the vehicle of Galimi’s wife.

Mayor Conia expressed unconditional solidarity with the family and urged for clarity to prevent the criminal act from being used for political speculation. The Mayor rejected claims from minority councilors that suggest the town is experiencing an “undemocratic” or “heavy” atmosphere, labeling such narratives as a mistification of the community’s reputation.

According to the administration, Cinquefrondi is recognized nationally as a ‘City of Rights’ and a model for legality and anti-mafia commitment, a status the Mayor intends to protect against political exploitation.
