Cinquefrondi offers confiscated criminal assets for social use
The Municipality of Cinquefrondi has issued a public notice to identify non-profit entities and associations for the free concession of real estate assets confiscated from organized crime. In accordance with Article 48 of the Anti-Mafia Code, these properties are intended to be repurposed for social activities and services.
The initiative aims to return assets seized from criminal organizations to the community, transforming them into spaces that promote social inclusion, solidarity, and legality. Eligible applicants include volunteer organizations, social promotion associations, philanthropic entities, social cooperatives, and other non-profit foundations or private entities pursuing civic and social utility.
Interested parties may apply individually or as leaders of temporary groupings of non-profit entities. The deadline for submitting documentation is 12:00 PM on September 14, 2026.
