Cinthia Fernández faces debt claims for property fees in Escobar
Argentine media personality Cinthia Fernández is facing formal demands regarding an unpaid debt of approximately $3.75 million pesos. The amount reportedly covers five months of unpaid maintenance fees (expensas) for her property located in a gated community in Escobar.
According to reports from the program ‘Sálvese quien pueda’, formal notices have been sent to Fernández, but there has been no response to date. While the matter has not yet reached the judicial stage, the administration is seeking regularization of the debt.
The situation is part of a broader financial issue within the residential complex, where total unpaid fees from various owners are estimated to exceed 20 million pesos. Residents have expressed concern that these unpaid balances may force an increase in fees for those who pay regularly to maintain essential services such as security.
