CIRCE Health Science reports 90% survival rate in radiation studies
CIRCE Health Science, a biotechnology company based in Mallorca, has participated in research that resulted in a 90% survival rate for animals treated with a formula following a lethal dose of radiation. In contrast, none of the animals in the control group survived. The study, published in the journal Biomedicine & Pharmacotherapy, was conducted in collaboration with researchers from the University of Valencia, Hospital La Fe, and the University of Barcelona.
Beyond mere survival, the treated animals showed recovery in body weight, blood cell production, intestinal function, and motor activity one year after exposure. The oral formulation aims to enhance cellular resilience by activating the body’s natural defense and repair mechanisms, specifically by reinforcing antioxidant defenses, reducing inflammation, and promoting processes such as autophagy and mitophagy to regenerate cells and tissues.
