Circio teams with Acuitas on in-vivo CAR-T approach; UCSF joins Caris Precision Oncology Alliance.

Circio Holding is pursuing a development step with a strong partner, partnering with Acuitas Therapeutics to advance CAR-T therapy. The collaboration centers on delivering treatment directly inside the patient’s body (in-vivo), leveraging Circio’s circVec technology together with Acuitas’ lipid nanoparticles as part of an Allianz für In-vivo-Therapien effort to enable in-vivo therapies.

Caris Life Sciences announced that the UCSF Helen Diller Family Comprehensive Cancer Center has joined the Caris Precision Oncology Alliance (POA). Caris describes itself as a patient-centric, AI-driven precision medicine company, and the new member expands the alliance’s network in precision oncology.
