Circolo Due Ponti responds to Fratelli d’Italia over building safety

The Circolo Due Ponti has issued a response to statements made by the Fratelli d’Italia party regarding the health and safety of a building in Viale Sardegna. The party had previously suggested the site was unsuitable due to potentially harmful vapors from the Riluogo river and the need for costly remediation.

In its rebuttal, the Circolo pointed out that according to regional geomorphological data, the Riluogo river also flows directly beneath the Circolo Due Ponti premises. The organization also noted an open ditch running alongside its bocce field. The Circolo argued that if the Viale Sardegna building is considered unsafe due to the underground river, their own facilities must be viewed with similar concern, calling for logical consistency in political assessments regarding environmental risks.
