Circuit-Court Festival promotes local artisans in Lac-Mégantic

The second edition of the Circuit-Court Festival, organized by Quartier Artisan in Lac-Mégantic, attracted approximately 1,000 visitors over four days. The event aimed to bridge the gap between local artisans and the general public by showcasing various crafts and skills.

Sixteen artisanal businesses from the Estrie region participated in the festivities. The event utilized multiple locations, including the Carrefour des savoir-faire for opening ceremonies and introductory workshops, and the Quartier Artisan center, which served as a retail space for creators. Activities included demonstrations, workshops such as stained glass initiation, and opportunities for direct interaction with makers.
