Circuito de Feiras Afro connects regional cities in São Paulo

The Circuito de Feiras Afro do Centro-Oeste Paulista has expanded its regional reach in 2026, integrating four municipalities into a network dedicated to celebrating Afro-Brazilian culture. The initiative has included cultural and educational actions in the cities of Jaú, Bauru, Pederneiras, and Bariri to connect artists, collectives, and the community through art and identity.

The circuit is scheduled to conclude with the 6th Feira Afro Bariri, taking place from September 4 to 6. This final stage returns to the location of the project's pioneering experience. The regional format was developed following the 2025 edition of the Bariri fair, led by cultural producer Edcarlos Santos and artist Tati Sá, with the goal of strengthening cultural dialogue and the local creative economy across the interior of São Paulo.
