Circutor hosts technical seminar on service station electrification

Circutor hosted a technical seminar in Viladecavalls focused on the challenges of implementing charging infrastructure within existing service stations. The event brought together approximately one hundred professionals to discuss regulations, AC and DC charging solutions, energy management, and storage systems.

Industry leaders, including Marc Pérez of Circutor and Ramón Puigfel of APES BCN, emphasized that the energy transition represents a significant long-term opportunity and a major challenge for the sector. Discussions also addressed the current state of electrification in Catalonia, with experts noting that the primary hurdles for service stations include reducing charging times and increasing the capacity for simultaneous charging in a single location.
