Cirella hosts third edition of Women, Jazz & Wine festival

The third edition of the “Women, Jazz & Wine” festival will take place from September 6 to September 8 at the Convento dei Minimi in Cirella, Diamante. The event combines live jazz performances by female artists with tastings of Calabrian wines curated by the Fondazione Italiana Sommelier.

The program features three main evenings. On September 6, singer-songwriter and pianist Mariella Nava will perform alongside accordionist Salvatore Cauteruccio. September 7 will feature the Symo Live Quintet, performing jazz with contemporary influences. The festival concludes on September 8 with Denise King & The Hammond Groovers, performing a repertoire of soul, jazz, and blues.

Admission to the musical events is free, and attendees can also visit the Monastero dei Minimi. The initiative is supported by the Ministry of Culture, the Calabria Region, and the municipalities of Diamante and Cetraro.
