To assist families in securing social benefits, he proposed state intervention to ensure the INSS recognizes these diagnostic reports, potentially involving the Public Defender's Office. Additionally, he advocated for trained professionals to support children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) within the school system.

Separately, state deputy candidate GD Oliveira has pledged to defend public policies for children with autism and ADHD. Drawing from personal experience as a parent, Oliveira proposed creating therapeutic support structures within full-time schools to facilitate access to treatment for families unable to afford private care.
