Cirque du Soleil to perform Kurios in L’Hospitalet for the last time
Cirque du Soleil is erecting its tent in L’Hospitalet de Llobregat for the final run of its show, Kurios – Gabinet de Curiositats. The performances are scheduled to take place from September 3 to October 18.
This marks the final time the circus will perform in the city after eight years. The L’Hospitalet City Council has decided to terminate the contract with the company to reclaim the space for future public equipment and green areas.
The massive structure stands 19 meters high with a diameter of 52 meters and can accommodate approximately 2,500 spectators. The assembly process involves over 100 workers and takes about a week to complete.
