Cisco updates 360 Partner Program and announces innovation winners

Cisco has announced updates to its 360 Partner Program and revealed the winners of its 2026 Partner Innovation Challenge. During a Partner Summit in Vancouver, the company detailed expansions to its incentive structures, including dedicated paths for advisors, developers, and distributors. New Partner Value Indexes (PVIs) have been introduced for advisors and developers, with a distributor-specific PVI expected by Spring 2027. The updates also include cross-sell bonuses and incentives for Cisco IQ adoption to support partners in the AI era.

In the Partner Innovation Challenge, Presidio secured first place with ActionGuard, a solution designed to evaluate AI agent actions against business policies in real-time to mitigate risk. CDW took second place with Valkyrie Event Orchestration, an AI-assisted workflow for designing and deploying event networks. Orange Business earned third place for its work on network and infrastructure solutions.
