Cité Arquitetura designs Edifício Epitácio in Rio de Janeiro

Cité Arquitetura has developed Edifício Epitácio, a residential building located in the South Zone of Rio de Janeiro. The project is situated on a unique plot of land overlooking the Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas, utilizing the natural surroundings as a central element of the design.

The architecture aims to create a contemplative and fluid atmosphere, drawing inspiration from the passage of time and a sensitive connection to the natural landscape. The project covers an area of 1,215 square meters and was completed in 2025.
