CITA organizes agrifood innovation meeting in Huesca
The Aragon Food Research and Technology Center (CITA) has organized a meeting for agrifood companies in Huesca to promote collaboration and knowledge transfer. Scheduled for October 21 at the Aragon Gastronomic Innovation Center (CIGA), the event aims to bridge the gap between scientific research and the private sector.
Participants will learn about CITA’s scientific and technological capabilities through various presentations. Key research topics include mountain livestock management, nitrogen fertilization optimization, methane emission control in sheep and cattle, and the valorization of agricultural by-products.
The meeting will also address funding opportunities for research, development, and innovation (R&D+i) at regional, national, and European levels. The session is designed to facilitate bilateral meetings between researchers and industry representatives to foster future technological partnerships.
