Citadines North Shinjuku Tokyo to open in October

The Ascott Limited has announced the opening of Citadines North Shinjuku Tokyo, scheduled for October 28 in the Hyakunincho area of Shinjuku, Tokyo. Reservations for the new urban hotel opened on August 4 via the official Ascott website.

The property features 179 total units, including 106 hotel rooms and 73 service residence rooms. The design concept, titled ‘Patchwork’, is inspired by the diverse history and multicultural character of the Hyakunincho district. Accommodations range from 25-square-meter studios to two-bedroom family rooms of up to 152 square meters, many of which include kitchen facilities to support both short-term and long-term stays.

Amenities at the hotel include a gym, cafe, laundry facilities, and currency exchange services. This marks the fourth Citadines property in Japan for the Singapore-based operator.
