Citi ThankYou Japan Airlines points transfer loyalty programs travel rewards

Citibank has added Japan Airlines Mileage Bank as a new transfer partner for Citi ThankYou rewards. Under the new arrangement, Strata Elite and Strata Premier cardholders can transfer points at a 1:1 ratio.

To mark the partnership, Citi is offering a 30% transfer bonus through October 24th. During this promotional period, 1,000 points from eligible annual fee cards will transfer as 1,300 miles. For eligible no-annual-fee cards, the promotional rate is 1,000 points to 910 miles, compared to the standard 1,000 to 700 ratio.
