Citi appoints Rohan Sen to lead technology services banking
Citigroup has hired Rohan Sen from Bank of America to head coverage of the technology services sector. An internal memo seen by Reuters said the move is a key milestone in Citi’s strategy to expand its global technology banking franchise, describing technology services as a highly strategic focus area.
Sen spent 11 years at Bank of America, most recently as a managing director in its technology investment banking group in New York. He will be based in New York and report to the global co‑heads of technology investment banking, Pankaj Goel and Mark Keene. The hire follows a series of recent additions to Citi’s technology investment banking team, including several managing directors recruited from rival banks in July and the 2025 appointment of Goel as co‑head of the division.
