Citizen and FROJO announce new limited-edition watch releases

Citizen has announced two new limited-edition watches that incorporate traditional Japanese craftsmanship. The models, AQ4100-65X and AQ4106-00B, feature Super Titanium™ cases treated with Duratect technology for enhanced scratch resistance and lightness. A central design element is the use of Tosa washi paper from Kochi Prefecture for the dials, utilizing its unique light-transmitting properties.

In France, Marseille-based jeweler FROJO is collaborating with surfwear brand Jonsen Island to release the Phocéa Jonsen. This limited-edition diving watch merges FROJO’s 170-year heritage with Jonsen Island’s vintage 1980s surf aesthetic. The collaboration is scheduled for pre-order between September 19 and October 2, 2026.
