Citizen and Yamaha to host joint design exhibition in Tokyo

Citizen Watch Co., Ltd. and Yamaha Corporation will host a joint design exhibition titled ‘FIND RHYTHM’ from October 30 to November 8 at HOME/WORK VILLAGE in Setagaya, Tokyo. The event is part of ‘DESIGNART TOKYO 2026’, one of Japan’s largest design and art festivals.

The exhibition showcases research prototypes developed through collaborative studies between the in-house design departments of both companies since 2024. The project explores the shared values between timekeeping and musical instruments, focusing on the concept of rhythm found in daily life, such as the ticking of a watch or the melody of an instrument.

Designer tours will be held on October 30 and 31, where representatives from Citizen and Yamaha will explain the works directly to visitors. Admission to the exhibition is free and does not require prior registration.
