CITIZEN partners with Coffee Matcha Lab to launch premium lifestyle cafe

Watchmaker CITIZEN has partnered with Coffee Matcha Lab to launch ‘CML – Coffee Matcha Lab x CITIZEN’ at the Central Department Store Rama 9 in Thailand. The collaboration, themed ‘CRAFTED BY TIME’, aims to transform the brand's retail space into a premium lifestyle destination by merging horology with culinary arts.

The cafe features a minimalist design with warm white and olive green tones. The menu introduces a ‘Fine Dining in a Glass’ concept, incorporating Oscietra Caviar into specialty beverages. Signature offerings include the Citrus Espresso Tonic Caviar, Black Sesame Dirty, and Hojicha Earl Grey.

Keef Wang Laurence Koch, Chief Executive Officer, stated that the concept connects the craftsmanship and precision required in watchmaking with the meticulous science of flavor creation.
