Citra Maja City enhances Cluster Canggu residential facilities

Ciputra Group is expanding the integrated township of Citra Maja City in Maja, Banten, by enhancing the ecosystem of supporting facilities within the Cluster Canggu residential area. The 2,000-hectare development is located 500 meters from the Maja KRL station and follows an integrated city concept.

Raymond Christantyo, Dept. Head of Marketing Communication at Citra Maja City, stated that the development focuses on providing a complete living experience rather than just constructing houses. Current and planned facilities in Cluster Canggu include active commercial shophouses, boom gate security systems, children's playgrounds, and a futsal court currently under construction. The area is also designed to provide easy access to educational, health, and religious facilities, as well as green open spaces.
