Citrix expands Platform Flex with new development and observability services

Citrix has announced the expansion of its Citrix Platform Flex services with the introduction of two new offerings: Citrix SecurSpaces Flex and Citrix Experience Insights Flex. These services utilize a credit-based model where organizations purchase a pool of credits to scale resources up or down based on demand.

Citrix SecurSpaces Flex is a hosted, cloud-based platform designed for code development and agentic workloads. It provides standardized Linux-based environments for coding, building, and testing, allowing enterprises to deploy secure developer workspaces and agentic sandboxes without managing the underlying infrastructure. This solution aims to accelerate developer onboarding and reduce reliance on high-end local hardware by moving compute-intensive workloads to the cloud.

Citrix Experience Insights Flex is an observability solution powered by the Splunk Cloud Platform. It is designed to transform workspace telemetry into actionable insights, helping enterprises monitor and secure complex modern work environments that span virtual desktops, physical endpoints, and cloud-based applications.
