Citroën celebrates automotive heritage with inaugural Classic Tour in Paris

Citroën hosted its inaugural Classic Tour at Parc André Citroën in Paris, a location situated on the site of the brand’s former historic factory. In collaboration with L’Aventure Citroën, the event showcased nine iconic models celebrating anniversaries in 2026, including the Traction Avant, Méhari, and the 2CV Spot.

The celebration featured a parade through the streets of Paris involving approximately 30 collectors driving various vintage models such as the BX GTi, AX, and Saxo VTS. The event highlighted the brand's 107-year history and its evolution from providing simple, accessible transportation to developing modern concepts like the ELO electric minivan and the C3 Aircross Marine Nationale.

Beyond the heritage event, the brand continues to focus on its core philosophy of comfort, as seen in the development of the C5 Aircross. This model utilizes Advanced Comfort seats and hydraulic progressive dampers to enhance the driving experience, built upon the Stellantis STLA Medium platform.
