Citroën celebrates automotive heritage with inaugural Classic Tour in Paris
Citroën hosted the inaugural Citroën Classic Tour at Parc André Citroën in Paris, an event celebrating the brand’s automotive heritage. The celebration featured nine iconic historical models that are set to mark significant anniversaries in 2026, showcasing two decades of innovation spanning from 1976 to 1996.
The event, organized with the support of the heritage preservation association L’Aventure Citroën, concluded with a parade through the streets of Paris. Approximately thirty collectors participated in the parade, driving vintage vehicles such as the 2CV, Méhari, and Traction Avant.
Citroën CEO Xavier Chardon noted that the celebration honors the innovations and identity that have shaped the company over its 107-year history. The brand aims to establish the Classic Tour as an annual event for enthusiasts.
