Citroën unveils second‑gen C5 Aircross SUV as Renault expands Symbioz crossover lineup in Europe

Citroën has launched the second generation of its C5 Aircross SUV, featuring a longer 4.65‑metre body, a 2.78‑metre wheelbase and a range of powertrains that include mild‑hybrid, plug‑in hybrid and fully electric versions. The model emphasises interior space, advanced comfort seats, a hydraulic suspension with road‑surface detection, and a waterfall‑style central display, while retaining physical buttons for ergonomics. A warranty programme offers up to eight years or 160,000 km of coverage for owners who follow regular servicing.

In parallel, Renault has introduced the Symbioz crossover, first shown in 2024. The compact vehicle targets urban drivers with a 1.3‑litre mild‑hybrid engine delivering 140 hp, as well as 1.6‑ and 1.8‑litre full‑hybrid options. Priced between 100,000 and 110,000 złoty for low‑kilometre used examples, the Symbioz aims to combine practical cargo space, comfortable cabin layout and modern multimedia features, attracting a growing fan base in Poland and wider Europe.
