Cittadella dei Musei hosts ‘Terra Madre’ art exhibition and meetings

The contemporary art exhibition ‘Terra Madre. Geografia del sensibile’, curated by Marta Cincotti and Simone Mereu Canepa, continues at the Cittadella dei Musei in Cagliari through October 28, 2026. The exhibition features textile research by Maria Grazia Medda alongside photography by Cédric Dasesson.

In October, the program includes three public meetings held at the Temporary Exhibition Hall. The first session on October 1 features botanist Gianluca Iiriti, who will discuss plant morphology and ecosystems. The second session on October 8 involves a dialogue between archaeologist Alfonso Stiglitz and photographer Cédric Dasesson regarding the intersection of photography and archaeology in relation to landscape and human traces.
