Cittadella Modena Sporting Director discusses Serie D preparations

Alberto Biagini, the Sporting Director of Cittadella Modena, has expressed satisfaction with the squad assembled for the upcoming Serie D season. Biagini noted that the club retained approximately half of the previous season's roster and added complementary players to meet their primary targets.

Key signings highlighted include Rizq and Cericola, as well as Kamal and Matteo. Regarding the new group structure, which splits Emilia-Romagna teams into three different groups, Biagini views it as an opportunity to compete against new realities despite the high level of competition in the league.

Biagini also addressed the potential signing of Gregoire Defrel, stating that Defrel has been training with the team since the start of preparations and has demonstrated great humility and quality.
