City Edge and Modon Misr partner for New Alamein services

City Edge Developments has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Modon Misr for Asset and Facility Management to enhance operational efficiency and security services in New Alamein City.

The partnership focuses on providing integrated services for several City Edge projects. The first phase includes comprehensive facility management for the Mazarine Apartments project, covering security, cleaning, landscaping, pest control, waste management, and engineering maintenance (civil and electromechanical). Additionally, the agreement covers integrated security and guarding services for the Latin City project to ensure a safe environment for residents and visitors.

The MoU is set for a three-year duration. Detailed technical, commercial, and financial responsibilities will be finalized through separate service agreements to be signed within 30 days. Tamer Nasser, CEO of City Edge, stated that the collaboration aims to leverage specialized expertise to improve the living experience and maintain project value through high-level operational management.
