City OCiel 9-danji Ocean Park View begins sales in Incheon
The City OCiel 9-danji Ocean Park View residential complex has opened its model house in Incheon, marking the start of its official sales period. Developed by DCRE and constructed by a consortium including IPARK Hyundai Development Company, Hyundai Engineering & Construction, and POSCO E&C, the project consists of 1,949 units across nine buildings, reaching up to 49 stories high.
The development offers various unit sizes ranging from 59 to 136 square meters. Key features of the location include proximity to a planned 100,000-pyeong Grand Park and views of the West Sea. Educational infrastructure is expected to improve with the planned opening of Yonghyeon Hakik Middle School and Yonghyeon Hakik 2 Elementary School in March 2029.
Transportation improvements are a central highlight, with the Hakik Station on the Suin-Bundang Line expected to open in 2028. Additionally, the KTX service to Incheon is slated for the Songdo Station area, and the GTX-B line's Cheonghak Station is also planned. The surrounding area will feature the Star OCiel commercial and cultural complex, the Incheon Museum Park, and the Link OCiel street-style commercial district.
