City of Bayreuth acquires equipment from insolvent onesto Tigers

The City of Bayreuth has successfully acquired various equipment and inventory from the insolvent onesto Tigers Spielbetriebs GmbH. The purchase, involving a high four-digit sum, was secured through bids submitted by the city's sports and property offices.

The acquired items include locker room furnishings, event technology such as projectors and screens, and essential appliances like washing machines and dryers. To ensure continued catering services at the ice stadium, the city also purchased gastronomic equipment, including cooling units, tap systems, and kitchen appliances.

This acquisition ensures that EHC Bayreuth can proceed with its upcoming Landesliga season for 2026/27. With ice preparation already underway, the stadium is expected to be ready for training starting September 1.
