City of Bonn leases 5,100 square meters at THE CORNER

The City of Bonn has leased approximately 5,100 square meters of office, storage, and parking space at the THE CORNER building in Bonn's Nordstadt district. The space will be utilized by the city's municipal building management department, which oversees roughly 872 municipal properties.

The lease was facilitated by real estate experts Greif & Contzen on behalf of the owner, Efimmo1, represented by Tikehau Investment Management. The premises were previously occupied by DHL. The city's building management department is scheduled to move into the renovated office spaces by mid-2027. This move aims to centralize staff under one roof to improve departmental efficiency and collaboration. The location was selected for its accessibility via public transport and its strategic position within the city for managing municipal assets.
