City of Zagreb to auction 26 garages and parking spaces

The City of Zagreb has announced plans to sell 26 garages and parking spaces through a public auction. The sale includes 15 spaces located in Sesvete on Boris Papandopula Street and 11 additional spaces distributed across various locations in the metropolitan area.

Starting prices for the properties range from 11,600 euros to 40,600 euros, depending on the specific location, size, and condition of the space. Notable locations for the sale include Siget BB, Goljak 36, Zvonimirova 94, Brazilska 16, Zrinke Kunc 3a, Storžička 2a, Kerestinečkih žrtava 63, Ulica Grada Vukovara 226G, and Vrbik X. 17.

Official documentation notes that while the city owns most of these locations, some are currently occupied by unauthorized users. In such cases, the buyer assumes the risk of taking possession upon the signing of the purchase agreement. Participants in the public tender are required to deposit a security bond equal to 10 percent of the starting price, which will be credited toward the final purchase price for the successful bidder.
