City Park Prijedor: New 11-hectare retail and residential complex announced

City Mall d.o.o., the company behind the East Sarajevo City Park, has launched a new large-scale investment project in Prijedor, Bosnia and Herzegovina. The development, named City Park Prijedor, will be constructed on approximately 11 hectares of land at the former Old Brickyard site in Čirkin Polje.

Construction preparations have begun, with the company Gradex from Gradačac deploying machinery to the site. Architectural firm PROJEKAT has released design renders for the complex, which features a retail park organized around a central parking area. The layout includes multiple buildings housing business spaces, following a modern retail park concept.

The project aims to transform a long-neglected industrial zone into a fully urbanized area. According to regulatory plans, the site will include commercial, retail, residential, and mixed-use facilities, along with new transportation and supporting infrastructure.
