Cityscape real estate platform to debut in Mumbai

The global real estate investment platform Cityscape has announced its Indian debut, Cityscape India. The inaugural three-day event is scheduled for April 16 to 18, 2027, at the Jio World Convention Centre in Mumbai.

Focusing on the luxury real estate and investment ecosystem, the event aims to connect domestic and international developers with high-net-worth individuals, non-resident Indians, and institutional investors. The program will feature an exhibition and conference involving more than 40 developers and partners, including closed-door investment roundtables and dedicated tracks for institutional investors.

Exhibitors will represent various sectors, including luxury residential projects, integrated townships, commercial developments, proptech, and financial institutions. The launch follows significant growth in the local market, with Mumbai’s luxury residential segment recording transactions worth Rs 18,512 crore in the first half of 2026.
