Ciudad Guzmán to host 12th National Birria Fair

The 12th National Birria Fair has been officially announced to take place from August 28 to 30 at Plaza Rubén Fuentes in Ciudad Guzmán, Jalisco. The event was presented by officials from CANACO SERVYTUR Ciudad Guzmán and the local Department of Economic, Tourism, and Agricultural Development.

Participating establishments will offer various preparations of birria made from beef, goat, chicken, and pork, as well as a vegan alternative. The three-day festival will feature an extensive musical program, including performances by Mariachi Gavilanes, Sierra Clave de Reyes, and various regional musical groups and dance ensembles.
