Ciudad Juan Bosch establishes residential model in Dominican Republic
Ciudad Juan Bosch has emerged as a significant urban development project in the Dominican Republic, featuring 16,822 completed apartments across 32 residential areas. The community currently houses 15,156 families and is designed with an integrated urban vision to promote organized coexistence and family well-being.
The development includes extensive infrastructure such as shopping centers, health and educational facilities, recreational spaces, a sports complex, and an amphitheater with a 7,000-seat capacity. Public safety and emergency services are supported by two police stations, a DNC station, a fire station, and 911 services.
To maintain order and mutual respect, the community operates under legal norms and internal regulations managed by homeowner associations. While the project functions as a model city, it continues to face challenges regarding essential services that require government attention.
