Chihuahua faces displacement crisis and urban development shifts

Various regional developments are reported across Chihuahua and Quintana Roo. In Ciudad Juárez, the government is coordinating with federal authorities on the National Housing Program, focusing on water and sewage infrastructure. Additionally, the city is set to host Mexico's first specialized film university starting September 1.
