Ciudad Juárez begins construction on Las Torres underpass

Construction has begun on a new underpass at the intersection of Las Torres Avenue and Manuel Tatamas Camandari in Ciudad Juárez. Carlos Ernesto Ortiz Villegas, representing the Governor, reported that excavation work is currently underway.

While vehicle circulation remains unaffected for now, authorities stated they will announce road closures or detours if necessary. The Governor is expected to officially inaugurate the project in the coming week. Most remaining works are projected to be in motion within 15 days to three weeks, with additional work fronts planned for nearby locations.
