Ciudad Juárez celebrates Pachuco culture and Tin Tan legacy

In Ciudad Juárez, the IPACULT organized a cultural event to celebrate the 111th anniversary of the birth of Germán Valdés, known as ‘Tin Tan’. The festivities focused on preserving the Pachuco culture through music, dance, and historical discussion.

The program included a conversation regarding the legacy of the Valdés family led by Marcos Valdés, alongside musical and dance performances by the Juárez Club de Danzón and Black Company. The event aimed to connect younger generations with the aesthetic and historical roots of the Pachuco movement in the border region.
