Ciudad Juárez hosts third ExpoArte Urbano at Paso del Norte Center

For the third consecutive year, the Alianza Humanista por el Bien Común is organizing ExpoArte Urbano in Ciudad Juárez. The free, public event will take place on Sunday, 26 July, from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. at the Centro Cultural Paso del Norte (CCPN). It showcases works created during two‑month workshops held in five community centers, where more than 200 participants produced projects in cinema, acting, dramaturgy, muralism, rap and breakdance.

The festival is financed with 3 million pesos from the municipal participatory budget and will feature documentary screenings, rap and break‑dance shows, a theatre performance, and a bazaar. Awards will be presented for the most outstanding workshop outputs, and the event aims to promote local culture, talent and safe recreational options for residents of the border city.
