Ciudad Juárez municipality repairs vehicle after five-month delay

In Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, Marilyn Granados received her repaired vehicle after a five-month delay following an incident where her car fell into a sewer. The case gained significant attention after Granados shared a video on social media denouncing the lack of response from municipal authorities.

Following the viral outcry, Mayor Héctor Ortiz intervened to facilitate a resolution. Granados reported that her vehicle was taken to the municipal workshop and returned fully repaired within approximately 29 hours. She expressed gratitude for the assistance provided by the municipal workshop director, Eduardo Carrera, and noted that the process concluded with the signing of a conformity letter as part of the official investigation.
