Ciudad Juárez opens Tres Cantos bridge to improve mobility
The municipal government of Ciudad Juárez has inaugurated the Tres Cantos bridge, located at the intersection of Tres Cantos Street and Juan Pablo II Boulevard. The project, which cost approximately 16.48 million pesos, was developed by RUBA and ALTTA Homes as part of urban development obligations.
The infrastructure includes a 750-square-meter construction featuring concrete piles 14 meters deep, concrete slabs, sidewalks, and dedicated lanes for acceleration and deceleration to improve road safety. The bridge is expected to benefit more than 50,000 people by providing a new circulation alternative for the Valle del Sol sector.
Local officials noted that the project addresses long-standing requests from residents dating back to 2020. During the construction and implementation phases, traffic diversions have been established for small vehicles, and road safety personnel have been assigned to manage the impact on local circulation.
