Police in Ciudad Juárez have detained 21-year-old Luis Ángel C. L., who is suspected of involvement in at least 12 violent robberies targeting bank customers. The arrest took place in the Kilómetro 5 neighborhood after municipal security officers spotted a white 2016 GMC Terrain that matched descriptions from a recent bank robbery.
