Ciudad Juárez receives 1.5 million pesos for housing improvement program

The State Government, through the State Commission for Housing, Land, and Infrastructure (Coesvi), is launching a second phase of the 2026 Housing Improvement Actions program in Ciudad Juárez. The initiative includes a fund of approximately 1.5 million pesos to expand support for local families seeking home repairs, expansions, or construction projects.

Beneficiaries can access credits of up to 30,000 pesos for construction materials, including cement, block, ceramic tile, and galvanized sheeting. The program offers payment terms of up to 18 months interest-free, requiring a 15 percent down payment. To apply, residents must provide official identification, proof of address, CURP, proof of income, and documentation proving legal possession or ownership of the property.
