Ciudad Juárez updates municipal parking and transit services

Municipal authorities in Ciudad Juárez have announced updates regarding public services for residents. The Operadora Municipal de Estacionamientos de Juárez (OMEJ) is encouraging citizens to use the city's network of municipal parking lots, which are located at various points including the Benito Juárez Administrative Unit, several hospitals, and the Chamizal area. Some locations, such as the Benito Juárez Administrative Unit and El Chamizal, feature sunshades. Rates are set at 20 pesos for the first hour, 15 pesos for each additional hour, and 100 pesos for stays between seven and 24 hours.

Additionally, the Operadora de Transporte (OTV) has identified six fixed Mobility Service Centers (CAM) for JuárezBus users. These centers allow citizens to manage procedures related to preferential transit cards. The fixed locations include Pueblito Mexicano, Aserraderos, Estación Tecnológico, Parque Central, Estación Francisco Villarreal Torres, and Estación Independencia. Service hours generally run Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with extended Saturday hours at specific stations.
